Love bears all things [regardless of what comes]
"Love bears all things [regardless of what comes], believes all things [looking for the best in each one], hopes all things [remaining steadfast during difficult times], endures all things [without weakening]." - Family Unity
Family is important nuclear family more so!
I am so blessed to have grown up with a lot of cousins and family friends, Not many people will experience the kind of upbringing we had. It taught us to share stuff and not hold on to things tightly. But the challenge to this is that it could weaken the bond of Siblings.
My relationship with my siblings became stronger when I left home, and I started appreciating these amazing people who occupied my mother’s womb before me.
My Sister Bukky practically will stop at no length to make sure that her little brother is ok. Her concern for me, like a mother, her selfless sacrifice more so.
My Sister Jumoke (the lady in the bottom picture with my mum) is a fireball of fun. She has a huge appetite for fostering unity. She is full of passion, and she loves people.
My brother Tunde is a giant of a man of character. He loves family and everyone finds comfort around him. I wouldn’t ask for another immediate brother but him.
Psalms 133:1-3 MSG
[1-3] How wonderful, how beautiful, when brothers and sisters get along! It’s like costly anointing oil flowing down head and beard, Flowing down Aaron’s beard, flowing down the collar of his priestly robes. It’s like the dew on Mount Hermon flowing down the slopes of Zion. Yes, that’s where God commands the blessing, and ordains eternal life.

In summary
We can change our friends but we can’t change family. Unity in the family is sometimes a battle that is worth fighting. Reach out to that enstrage sibling, you won’t regret playing your part to unite the family!
