We lived in an area very close to the woods (forest). People will come from the surrounding areas to walk their dogs and explore the woods. There are well-defined paths in the woods. Sometimes you might take the wrong turn, a less travelled and dangerous path, but you can always find your way back to a well-defined path.

Our journey on this earth can sometimes be likened to walking in the woods. But as believers, we have a path set before us.

Psalms 119:105-106 AMP

[105] Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path. [106] I have sworn [an oath] and have confirmed it, That I will keep Your righteous ordinances.

Sometimes situations in life might make us question the path we are on, or we come to a T-junction not knowing which way to turn. I want to encourage you that if you have Jesus walking the path with you, whichever way you take will be a path of light.

Jeremiah 29:11 AMP

[11] For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord, ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

Let Jesus be the centre of your thoughts, actions, and conversation. The more He becomes the centre, the better and clearly marked the path becomes.
