When I lost my job, because of the remorse I felt for how I’ve acted, I wrote a letter to the area manager to apologise for my actions. If you want to find out what really happened, watch the video here:
Months later I got a letter from the pharmaceutical council that I’ve been referred to them because of my actions. I went to the council meeting with my lawyer to defend me.
When the judge reviewed all the evidence including my letter of remorse he said "You have shown sufficient remorse for your actions." You still remain on the register to practice, but there were consequences for my actions that only lasted a season.... A season that has long passed, and it was a season that built something good in me!
Hebrews 4:14-15 NLT
[14] So then, since we have a great High Priest who has entered heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to what we believe. [15] This High Priest of ours understands our weaknesses, for he faced all of the same testings we do, yet he did not sin.
Jesus in Heaven – Our High Priest has done and is continually doing the job of advocating for you and me. As a result, we can come boldly into the presence of God.
There is nothing you and I, as followers of Jesus, can do that will prevent God from loving us. Absolutely Nothing!
Yes, there might be consequences for our actions, but it’s only for a season. Dust the dirt off your shoulders. Come into His presence. In His presence we live heaven on earth! Go boldly into the presence of our Father with praise, worship, prayer. He loves us!
