My son David takes drum lessons. He started when he was little when we spotted this urge to create rhythmic sounds. His drum teachers are experts, and our prayer is one day he can play like them.

There is nothing new under the sun! God made us unique, but He wants us to emulate someone. I believe the greatest role model we have as humans is Jesus Christ, but as His disciples (you and I) He has puts shepherds over our lives to guide us. I believe mentoring/discipleship is the most effective platform given to man to train and equip people.There is a responsibility on the disciplined (person being mentored) to seek out effective mentors and humbly submit to their guidance.
In God’s Kingdom there isn’t plagiarism. We are all called to be copycats! - copying our saviour Jesus by honouring the men and women he’s put in our lives for our spiritual growth.
