In my experience as a manager at work, I’ll say the hardest part of management is managing people. Why? Because every human being has a mind of their own. Sometimes a decision taken with a good heart by the manager can speak of as something negative to colleagues.
As you go this week and even today, take some time out to say something encouraging to your leaders—your husband, wives, your pastors, deacons, life group leaders, and department leaders.
They do a great job. In most cases they are volunteers (apart from your spouse depending on how you read the statement
) like yourself and most do it because they love God.
Show them love. Honour is a Kingdom principle!
