Strength is not how much you can do
"Strength is not how much you can do, but how much you can bear with the weakness of others."

There is a misconception of strength... I think. For some people, doing what seems like a lot to them is a "misguided" show of strength, while others think that doing little is a show of weakness.
I think these assumptions are wrong. I think of the story of the talents in the Bible. To some, He gave ten; to some, He gave one. The point of that story is being good stewards of what God has given to us, no matter the amount.
I know people who do what seems to be a lot, but they have an incredible way of self-management, and I know people who don’t do much but seem to struggle. And
I also know people who do a lot as a way to validate themselves and wear themselves out! This is not to condemn but to refocus our definition of strength.
Jesus is the most powerful person who walked on earth, but I wouldn’t be writing this today if He didn’t CHOOSE to show weakness, so I can have strength—not in my power, but His.
If you are a citizen of God’s Kingdom and you are reading this, know that you are powerful and incredible. You can do more than your mind can think, but only through His power.
Zechariah 4:6 ESV
[6] Then he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of hosts.
“hen he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of hosts.

In summary
We need to decrease, so Jesus can increase.
You are powerful. You can do more. God’s will is to give you strength. Master the responsibility He has given you.
